Blueprint Session - 2 hours
$385

We’ll cover a lot in these two hours. You’ll sit down with an experienced business advisor to put together a clear plan of action to get your business off to the best start possible, including some or all of the following:

  • Feasibility and Profitability Analysis

  • Analysis of what your USP (unique selling point) and key messaging should be. What’s the ‘hook’ that’s going to attract your key clients / customers

  • One-page Business Plan

  • Brand analysis, covering fonts, colours and iconography

  • Marketing Plan, covering which channels and platforms are going to be the best fit for your business and what you’ll need to include in your strategy

  • Key admin systems to make your life more stream-lined

  • Cash flow forecast and financial analysis

  • Clear Action Plan for the coming weeks and months

$165 / hour

If you would like additional time with your advisor, you are able to book in sessions from 30 mins and longer. If you know that you would like ongoing help, you can save by booking a package of 5 hours (buy four hours, get the 5th hour free).

Advisory sessions are held either at the office in Floreat, or online - whichever best suits you.
